WSET日前宣布，2025年度“杰出校友奖”（Outstanding Alumni Award 2025）提名通道正式开启。

该奖项由WSET与JancisRobinson.com联合举办，旨在表彰以创新、培训、可持续或推广等方式，推动全球酒饮行业前行发展的WSET第四级葡萄酒文凭认证（WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, 下文简称WSET Diploma）毕业生。

在2023/24学年，共有809名新生获得了WSET Diploma，这一数字创下了WSET历史上的新高。点击了解WSET迎2025年毕业典礼 最国际化的毕业生齐聚一堂。

凡持有WSET Diploma的毕业生，无论毕业年份，均可提名自己或提名他人参选。

1. 阅读下述的《报名手册》(Nomination Guidelines)中Eligibility criteria 部分。

2. 于2026年1月5日前完成和提交在线报名表（英文），请点击这里完成。

3. 附上一份不超过500字的推荐陈述（英文），阐述候选人影响力与具体成就。

• 面对挑战的执着与韧性

推荐陈述请紧扣上述四点，并提供文章链接、数据或媒体报道等佐证材料。

获奖结果将于2026年4月27日WSET毕业典礼现场公布。

Nomination guidelines 报名手册

Eligibility criteria (who can nominate and who can win?)

• Level 4 Diploma in Wines / Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits graduates from any year are eligible to win the award.
• All alumni, from any graduating year, can submit a nomination.
• You may nominate yourself or another graduate.
• One nomination per person only.
• WSET staff members are not eligible to win the award.
• Nominations from non-alumni are not permitted.

Outstanding Alumni Award criteria

This award recognises a WSET Level 4 Diploma graduate who has made an exceptional contribution to creating positive change within the global drinks community.

Areas of work could include:

• Commitment to equality, diversity & inclusion
• Addressing environmental challenges
• Inspiring or upskilling the next generation of students and alumni
• Advocating for mental health awareness and wellness

All WSET Level 4 Diploma graduates can nominate and be nominated, but the contribution must relate to creating positive change within the drinks community.

This may be an alum who is working in the drinks industry and making change, or someone who has a different career but has made a positive impact in the drinks community.

All eligible applications will be assessed on the extent to which they meet the following criteria:

1. Evidence of a positive impact on the drinks community
2. Ability to motivate, inspire and enable others
3. Innovation, passion and creativity
4. Dedication and resilience in the face of challenges

Top tips for completing the supporting statement

• Check the eligibility criteria carefully and ensure your supporting statement covers the four areas outlined in the award criteria.
• Applications should outline the personal story and journey from studying for the Diploma to current achievements.
• Demonstrate the tangible impact of the initiative/achievement: this could be raising awareness about an important issue, making a difference to the lives of others, driving change and making an impact to society.
• Include evidence that can be easily fact-checked to support your statement, for example, links to articles, data and media mentions.
• Provide relevant information so the judges can understand the scale of the initiative/achievement.

Nomination review and winner selection

• The closing date for nominations is midnight (GMT) 5 January 2026.
• All nominations will be checked against the award eligibility criteria
• An impartial WSET judging panel will review each nomination against the award criteria. • The nominee with the highest score will win the award. If there is a tie the judging panel will meet to decide the winner.
• The award winner will be announced at WSET Graduation on 27 April 2026 (the winner will be notified in advance).
